Car dealer group Swansway has kicked off its festive mission to bring smiles to children and families in Bolton.

For the 10th Christmas in a row, the motor group has put on the road its Swansway Santa Patrol, donating Christmas gifts to those in need.

Items donated have ranged from toys for babies, children and teens, to Christmas food supplies, and warm winter clothing.

On behalf of their Greater Manchester-based retailer, Swansway Honda Bolton, Motor Match Bolton, Swansway Honda Stockport, Motor Match Stockport, Oldham Volkswagen, and Volkswagen Van Centre Oldham, Swansway has worked alongside several charities in the Greater Manchester area.

As part of Swansway’s continued efforts to support their charity partners with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis, the car dealer group has tailored its donations to each charity's specific needs.

Sandra Crompton from the Bolton Lions Club said: “The members and volunteers of Bolton Lions Club wish to say a massive thank you to Swansway for the generous donation of toys to this year's Christmas Toy Appeal, over 150 in total.
