Police are appealing for assistance from the public to trace the next of kin of a man who died in Bromley Cross.

Paul Sutton died at an address on Eagley Court on December 28.

Appealing for information about Mr Sutton in a post on social media today (January 10), GMP Bolton said there are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of the 66-year-old.

In UK law, there is no definition of next of kin, but it is understood to be the closest relative, whether a partner, parent, child or sibling.

Anyone with information about the next of kin of Mr Sutton is asked to contact Bolton's Police Coroner's Office on 0161 856 4687.
