This wartime photo of Bolton shows one of the town's 'lost' churches which disappeared from the skyline more than 50 years ago.
You are looking at St Mark's Church and the adjoining school on Fletcher Street, pictured in 1940. The church held its last service in February, 1971 with the school closing the following year.
The church was demolished, replaced by industrial units, but the school building still stands although this too has become business premises.
If you went to the school or church, share your memories with us and leave a comment.
