Two police vans and a police car were in Bolton town centre this afternoon as they worked to locate children who officers described as gone "missing".
The officers were on Corporation Street in the town centre outside Market Place Shopping Centre at just after 2.30pm today, Thursday, April 25.
On being asked, an officer on scene said they were on scene at the shopping centre.

He added that officers had been looking for two "missing kids" through the day.
Greater Manchester Police have been contacted for more information.
