ITV launched its latest reality TV show The Fortune Hotel earlier this week (May 13) - starring a local face -which will eventually see one of the 10 competing couples take home an impressive jackpot of £250,000 in cash.

Chloe Wilson, 38, owns The Cliniclo Academy on Market Street in Farnworth which is a beauty salon and training centre.

And in a "once in a lifetime opportunity", Chloe and her business partner, Louie Oneill, are starring in The Fortune Hotel.

Hosted by The Split star Stephen Mangan, the aim of the game is essentially to find the briefcase with the money and keep hold of it until the very end, but there are also several empty briefcases.

The couples must do their all, from making up lies and distracting the others if they're in possession of the winning briefcase, to interrogating the rest of the group if they are searching for it.

The climax of each episode is the nerve-shredding case swap in the seductive Lady Luck bar where each pair must decide whether to keep or swap their case.

If you have become slightly addicted to watching the show this week, you probably have many questions you want to know the answer to, including where The Fortune Hotel was filmed.

Where is The Fortune Hotel filmed on ITV?

ITV previously revealed it was set in a “luxury Caribbean resort" but it appears the actual location is the Silversands Hotel in Grenada, according to Cosmopolitan.

The hotel seems quite the place to escape to, as the Silversands website says: “From the moment you step foot into Silversands, the untamed allure of Grand Anse Beach invites you to a realm of unparalleled relaxation.

“Experience time coming to a standstill as moments elongate, allowing you to fully appreciate each one.

“Luxuriate in the well-appointed guest rooms and private villas, reveling in delectable meals crafted by culinary maestros, all while immersing yourself in the extraordinary ambiance of this Caribbean resort.”

Virgin Holidays adds: “Just three words to sum up Silversands Grenada? Tranquility, luxury, and lavish. In fact, there's so many more words that could be used to describe this place.

“It's the ultimate sanctuary, and somewhere you could spend endless days at, chilling by the infinity-edge pool, savouring the award-winning fine dining, and getting some R&R at the spa or the beach lounge.
