A Bolton road is set to be closed while vital water works are ongoing in the area.
The back of Lever Edge Lane will be closed from Tuesday, June 25 for approximately two days.
The road closure will prohibit all traffic from proceeding on the back of Lever Edge Lane south from Duncombe Road to Anfield Road to allow water works to take place.

To ensure recycling bins are emptied during the works, council officials are asking residents to present them at the nearest accessible point to ensure that they can be emptied on the usual collection days.
The council apologise for any inconvenience the closure may cause.
