This weekend motorists are being urged to pull into Bolton Central Fire Station as firefighters don their overalls for the annual charity car wash.
Crews will be working from 10am to 4pm at the Moor Lane fire station hosing down cars on Saturday, August 24.
In return for a donation, motorists can leave with a clean car and meet their local firefighters.

Disabled parking outside people's home to 'make major difference to people's lives'
The event will be support the Fire Fighters Charity, which helps serving and retired members of the UK's fire family.
All money raised will go towards supporting the charity which also helps firefighters who have suffered injuries.
The car wash comes just weeks after a hugely successful open day at the fire station which attracted scores of people throughout the day.
