People will be able to let their art skills take flight at a watercolour workshop inspired by Bolton Museum’s "Birds of Bolton" exhibition.
Budding artists can learn to paint a bird’s nest and eggs at Bolton Library and Museum Services watercolour workshop with artist Johanne Parsons on Sunday, September 15 at 1pm.
Johanne will guide them through making a simple sketch and create a unique art piece using a range of watercolour techniques.
The workshop is part of a series inspired by Bolton Library and Museum Services’ summer exhibition, "Birds of Bolton".
Tickets cost £18 and can be reserved online. They are non-refundable. The workshop is open to any skill level and all materials will be provided.
A second session will occur on October 6 at 1pm where people can learn to paint a blue tit in watercolour.
