A suspect was struck by a car while running away from a stop and search in Bolton.
They were struck by the car on Blackburn Road at around 2.40pm yesterday, Wednesday.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said the suspect ran away from a stop and search which was on the stretch of road between Canning Street and Draycott Street opposite Fun Valley. They were taken to hospital with injuries which were not thought to be serious.
The spokesperson said a man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
