The Weston Charity Awards 2025 are now accepting applications.
The awards offer transformational support packages with leadership coaching worth over £22,000 to up to 22 front-line charities.
These charities must specialise in community, environment, welfare, or youth support.
Eligible applicants must be registered charities in the North of England, Wales, and the Midlands.
They must have been operational for over two years, have at least one paid full-time staff member in a leadership position, and an income of less than £5 million per year.
The awards, a collaboration between the Garfield Weston Foundation and charity partner Pilotlight, provide winners with a support package including unrestricted grants of £6,500.
This aids the development of a sustainability plan and accelerates growth.
Winners also gain free access to the Pilotlight 360 programme, an eight-month charity leadership coaching package worth an estimated £16,000.
Mentoring is delivered by four senior experts across private and public sector organisations.
Interim director at the Garfield Weston Foundation, Flora Craig, said: "We know that charities are under pressure to deliver their great work – they face increased costs, a high demand for their services and a competitive environment.
"The Weston Charity Awards programme is a great opportunity for charities to take stock, work with experienced experts, and develop plans for a resilient future."
150 charities have benefited since the launch of the awards in 2014.
The application deadline for the Weston Charity Awards 2025 is 5pm on January 8, 2025.
