Wickes will be closed for three days over the Christmas period.
The home improvement retailer has announced that all stores will be shut on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
This is the first year that all Wickes employees will benefit from the three-day closure.
The closure will also include Wickes' customer service department.
The stores will reopen to the public on Friday, December 27.
The Christmas closures will see colleagues receive an additional day of paid leave on Christmas Eve.
David Wood, chief executive officer at Wickes, said: "Here at Wickes, our Christmas closures have become a way to thank all our colleagues for their tremendous services throughout the year, showing them that all of their hard work definitely doesn’t go unnoticed and is hugely appreciated."
Stores across England, Wales, and Scotland will close an hour early at 7pm between December 16 and 21, as well as a 4pm close on New Year's Eve.
Customers will still be able to browse the Wickes website or book a kitchen or bathroom design appointment.
Delivery times may vary during the Christmas period.
