Is Sky still down?
Many users took to social media to share their issues overnight at this morning.
One said: "Selfishly relieved that everyone else’s Sky TV is down as well as it means I won’t have to speak to them over the phone."
Another took to X, saying: "Not me restarting Sky Q and my TV a billion times only to come on here and find out it’s not just me?"
One disappointed customer said: "There's clearly a serious nationwide problem with Sky TV this evening, but Sky have nothing about it on their website, X, Facebook or anywhere else. Very poor customer care."
It is recommended that if a Sky Q box is still stuck in standby, switch off your Sky Q box at the power socket for 30 seconds and back on again which will restore service.
