Four rock bands from across the UK headed to Bolton to raise vital funds for a charity.
On October 11, the first SLAMSTOCK festival took place at The Roundhouse, on Great Moor Street, in aid of Bolton Dementia Care.
The event drew rock fans from all over the country, creating a lively atmosphere throughout the night.
The four acts, The Abandoners, Autonym, Skye, and Trenches, took to the stage, each performing their set in their own unique style and keeping the crowd entertained from start to finish.
Five bands were initially scheduled to perform, but Liverpool group Centrefold had to withdraw after the soundcheck due to a family emergency.
In addition to the music, a raffle was held to raise extra funds for the charity, adding to the community spirit of the evening.
The event was hailed as a success by organisers and attendees alike.
Event organiser Peter Tate said: “This is live music at its best, with the benefit of providing much-needed funds to a well-deserving local charity.
"Thank you to all the bands for everything!”
The festival is planned to run annually, with the 2026 event already on the radar.
