Boxers have raised more than £10,000 to support youth services across Bolton.
The money was raised on behalf of the Bolton Lads and Girls Club (BLGC) at a recent Fight Night event, held in partnership with Elite Boxing Gym at the club's Infinity Centre.
Taking to the ring after weeks of training, a group of first-timers fought in front of a packed audience.
Emma Hutchinson, chief executive of BLGC, said: "Fight Night was an incredible example of what happens when a community comes together for a great cause.
"Every single boxer showed huge bravery and commitment, and we are incredibly proud of what they achieved.
"The atmosphere throughout the night was amazing and the support shown for BLGC was overwhelming."
The event was held in collaboration with Elite Boxing Gym.
Funds raised are set to help the charity continue to provide services and programmes for children, young people, and families across Bolton.
A special thank you was given to headline sponsor Nationwide Capital Finance Ltd and Julian Gilbert, alongside The Thomas Franks Foundation and Raj Singh, who donated pizzas prepared with support from Bolton School students and BLGC young people.
BLGC also expressed thanks to Impression (Bolton) Limited for producing event materials, as well as the patrons, supporters, volunteers, and staff who made the evening possible.
Founded in 1889, BLGC supports around 4,500 children and young people each year, offering youth clubs, education, targeted support, sports, and community programmes.
The club is now preparing to welcome the community to its upcoming Fabulous Family Fun Day.
The free event will take place on Wednesday, May 27, from 11am to 3pm at Infinity, Spa Road, Bolton, and promises a day packed with activities for all ages.
Highlights include arts and crafts, games, competitions, face painting, rock climbing, and a market hall featuring local crafters and makers.
Attendees will also be able to partake in international cuisine, interactive workshops, and other surprises.
Ms Hutchinson said: "Days like this are what BLGC is all about, bringing people together, creating opportunities for families to connect and giving young people positive experiences in the heart of their community.
"We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone through the doors and showing people the incredible spirit of BLGC."
Organisers say no tickets or bookings are required; guests are invited to just turn up on the day.
