A warrant has been issued to bring a fraudster who has previously confessed to a string of frauds and other offences before the courts.
Tyrone Young, 33, was scheduled to appear before Bolton Crown Court for sentencing on Friday, July 10, for a rescheduled date, having failed to appear for a previous hearing.
However, after again failing to appear, Judge Abigail Hudson agreed to issue a warrant not backed by bail to bring Young before the court.
David Birrell, prosecuting, and Joe Allman, defending, both agreed with Judge Hudson’s ruling.
Mr Birrell told Judge Hudson it is expected that Young's victims may wish to read their statements to the court.
Young, of Todd Street, Bury, has confessed to two counts of fraud by false representation at a hearing in December last year.
He also admitted to five counts of engaging in an unfair commercial practice contrary to regulations 3 and 8 of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
He is expected to be brought before the courts for sentencing at a later date.
