The latest plans affect plots 10 to 14 and plots 24 and 25 in phase two.

Plans also show changes to a private drive to accommodate a retaining wall, as well as alterations connected with the road layout and adoption.
The application has been submitted as a “non-material amendment” to planning permission already granted for the development.

The wider project will see the former golf course transformed with hundreds of new homes.
Bolton Council will now consider the latest proposed changes before deciding whether they can go ahead.
