A Bolton-based business is helping teams overseas work better together.
Lostock Consulting delivered team development sessions at the International School of Béarn (ISB) in Pau, France, during staff INSET days.
The sessions focused on improving communication among staff, with training delivered to both primary and secondary teams over two days.

Staff explored a range of topics, including personality types, communication preferences, coaching, active listening, and understanding colleagues’ motivations.
They also took part in practical team exercises designed to put learning into action.

"I came away with a much better understanding of the different communication styles we all have and how these can affect the way we work together.
