Blue Öyster Cult has announced a new Manchester date due to "phenomenal demand".
The American rock legends will perform at Manchester Academy on Friday, April 2, 2027.
This comes as an addition to their previously announced shows in London and Glasgow as part of their '55 Years On Tour - 1972 to 2027' series.
The tour marks six decades since the band first came together and 55 years since adopting the Blue Öyster Cult name.
The band will also be performing at London's Royal Albert Hall on April 1 and Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall on April 3.
Known for their distinct style and extensive catalogue of hits, the Long Island, New York group has been a defining force in classic rock and heavy metal.
Their iconic tracks include '(Don't Fear) The Reaper,' 'Godzilla,' and 'Burnin' for You,' which have become some of the best-known rock songs ever recorded.
The band's reputation is further cemented by numerous accolades.
'(Don't Fear) The Reaper' is certified six-times platinum in the US and platinum in the UK, 'Burnin' for You' is two-times platinum, and 'Godzilla' is platinum.
Their albums 'Agents of Fortune' and 'Spectres' are also certified platinum and gold in the US, respectively.
Blue Öyster Cult is one of the few hard rock and heavy metal bands to achieve both mainstream critical acclaim and commercial success.
They are often cited as an influence by other acts, including Metallica, and were named in VH1's countdown of the greatest hard rock bands of all time.
The band's current line-up includes original core duo Eric Bloom and Donald 'Buck Dharma' Roeser, alongside Richie Castellano, Danny Miranda, and Jules Radino.
Despite their long career, Blue Öyster Cult remains an active studio band.
Their 2020 album 'The Symbol Remains' was their first new album in 19 years, and its follow-up, 'Ghost Stories,' arrived in 2024.
In Manchester, Blue Öyster Cult will be joined by award-winning husband-and-wife blues rock duo When Rivers Meet.
They will also be the special guests for the Glasgow concert.
Tickets for the Manchester show will be available for pre-sale on Wednesday, October 28, at 10am, and general sale from Friday, October 30, via Ticketmaster.
Tickets for the London and Glasgow shows are already available via Ticketmaster.
The '55 Years On Tour - 1972 to 2027' series offers UK fans another chance to see one of the defining classic rock bands in action, following their sold-out London Palladium show in 2025.
