Residents across the North West are celebrating after landing a £1,000 prize in the Postcode Lottery daily draw today (November 3).
Players in Cheshire and Greater Manchester were among the winners after their postcodes were selected in the latest daily draw, with every ticket in the winning postcodes receiving £1,000.
The winning North West postcodes were:
- CH66 1SZ, covering Mulberry Park, Ellesmere Port
- M19 1QB, covering Watford Road, Burnage, Manchester
- SK2 5QZ, covering Offerton Drive, Stockport
Players living in the winning areas who held a valid ticket for their postcode received £1,000 for each ticket they owned.
The Postcode Lottery supports a range of charities across the UK, with a minimum of 33 per cent of ticket sales going to good causes.
The lottery also manages society lotteries on behalf of a number of charities and says it supports a wide range of charitable organisations and community projects in Britain and around the world.
To date, players have helped raise more than £1.8 billion for thousands of charities and good causes.
Residents can check the full list of daily winners and find out more about the Postcode Lottery through the organisation’s website.
