A MAN has been taken to hospital after a firework exploded in his face at a display in Bradshaw last night.
The accident happened at a firework show at Bradshaw Cricket Club in The Rigbys off Bradshaw Brow shortly after 8pm.
The victim is understood to have been one of the display organisers and was lighting the firework when it went off in his face.
The 46-year-old was taken to hospital with multiple injuries, including burns to his face.
