HUNDREDS of people entered The Bolton News competition to win a signed DVD of the Children in Need Animated All Star Band song, which was put together by Peter Kay.
The accompanying track — masterminded by Peter and featuring the character he voices, Big Chris from Roary The Racing Car — was unveiled during the BBC’s Children in Need Appeal.
It features nearly 100 familiar faces from children’s TV shows across the generations, including Thunderbirds, the Wombles, Bagpuss and Fifi And The Flowertots.
We originally had five signed DVDs top give away but after receiving more than 300 entries, Peter agreed to sign five CDs too.
