A CHURCH community in Westhoughton is looking forward to greeting its new minister - who does know the way to Bolton from Amarillo.
Texan Methodist minister Janie Noble is based in the city made famous in the UK by the number one single by Tony Christie and Peter Kay for Comic Relief. But she will take over at three churches in the area next month when she becomes a minister at Westhoughton Methodist Church, Chew Moor Church and St George's Church, as part of a Methodist exchange scheme
