IS it just me, or do today's motorists have no respect for pedestrians?
It is hard enough, at times, trying to cross a busy road in Bolton, without drivers rushing to beat the lights, failing, then stopping on a pedestrian crossing. This leaves me to cross the road between cars, or unable to see the green man because a bus has stopped on the crossing.
Please drivers, re-read the Highway Code!
