DELIA Smith proved once more her loyalty to Norwich FC when she cheered herself hoarse at the Reebok Stadium at the weekend.
Bolton Wanderers may have trounced her team 1-0 and the result may never have been in doubt, but she was the model fan.
She shouted her encouragement throughout and never gave up in spite of the run of play, which is a situation you suspect she has had to get used to this season.
She is gloriously un-starry, very down-to-earth. And it's very easy to understand how her obvious grit and determination have helped her to personal success.
