P.J. Power, the Bury-based civil engineering company, has become part of Woodford Civil Engineering, a division of the fast-growing Chorley-based Woodford Group.
Woodford, a land acquisition and remediation company, will take on the 50 staff from P.J. Power, taking its North-west workforce to 180.
