With four Northern clubs - including Wanderers - in with a chance of reaching the FA Cup semi-finals it could prove a costly business for the fans writes Chris Sudlow
For the FA have confirmed the venue for the semis will be Cardiff's Millennium Stadium, regardless of which clubs reach the last four.
So there is a possibility of Wanderers drawing neighbours Blackburn, or Manchester United, or even Newcastle United, with both sets of fans forced to make the 400-mile round trip down the M6 and M5.
Although Old Trafford, the City of Manchester Stadium or Anfield would be more convenient if two northern clubs were drawn against each other there is no possibility of a switch, apparently.
The revised draw, after replays:
Bolton Wanderers v Arsenal, Saturday, March 12, at 12.15pm. Live on BBC1
Southampton v Manchester United, Saturday, 5.15pm. Live on BBC1.
Blackburn Rovers v Leicester City, Sunday, March 13, 1.05pm. Live on BBC1.
Newcastle United v Spurs, Sunday, 4pm. Live on Sky Sports 1.
