BOLTON diversity consultancy Performance Through Inclusion has appointed Kate Headley to head up its new recruitment division.
Mrs Headley moves from Veredus Executive Resourcing where she was associate director with a specific remit in relation to diversity.
During her time at Veredus, she completed a project in support of the Women and Equalities Unit at the DTI to increase the number of women at board level in the UK.
Before Veredus, Mrs Headley successfully ran Dextra Executive Search and Selection, which placed high-level diversity professionals in some of the UK's largest blue chip organisations.
She also founded and continues to chair one of the UK's leading diversity networks, whose members include Centrica, RBS, Ford Europe, PepsiCo UK, KPMG, PWC, HBoS and Deloitte.
