Horwich Heritage Society will hold its next meeting at the Resource Centre, Beaumont Road, Horwich, on Tuesday, March 8, at 7.30pm. Mr A D George will give a talk on "The Canals Around Manchester".
Admission for members is free and visitors pay £1, with refreshments available after the meeting at about 9pm.
