MAGISTRATES have issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of intentionally delaying postal mail.
Stephen William Walker, aged 27, of Meadowbank Road, Bolton, failed to appear at Bolton Magistrates Court yesterday. The allegation relates to around 200 postal packets.
