HEALTH is at the centre of local International Women's Day Festival events next weekend.
On Saturday, a casual off road bike ride with fully qualified instructors will start from the Waggon Road Play Centre in Waggon Road at 1pm.
If you don't own your own bike, there will be a number available for free hire, and cyclists of most abilities can take part.

On the Sunday, a beginners aerobics session will be held at the Swaminarayan Temple in Deane Road.

This will be followed on Monday by a free sport and recreation programme at the Bolton Institute Sports Centre in Deane Road between 1pm and 1.45 and 5.15 and 6.
