PLANS to build two semi-detached houses on Scholes Bank in Horwich have been deferred.
The proposals to build the homes with driveway parking need further analysis by council officers. The houses would have two storeys at the front and three at the rear. The officer's findings will be reported at Horwich Town Council's next planning meeting and councillors will decide whether to approve the plans.
