WHAT happens to all the money that has accrued through fines paid by poor drivers? There should be a pot that the council should be able to take from council tax payers and good drivers should not have to contribute to road schemes.

I have read in this paper that £40,000 is to be spent on a road junction to make it safer. The junction in question being at the fork outside the late Fred Dibnah's house. You have to see it to believe it, drivers regularly speed through this junction from the Esso garage section, when they should really stop to see if any children may be about to appear from the blind spot at the side of Fred's house. I see this happen everyday - these impatient drivers are crazy and should be banned from the road.

It is a pity these criminals could not have their ways featured in the paper together with their registration numbers.

If every one was as thoughtful as myself we wouldn't have to have speed bumps either.
