Regarding the story about the council hoping residents will recycle more of their rubbish themselves. In what may I ask?
We the residents of Douglas Close, Horwich, have asked the council endless times for a green box and bin. What do we get? Not enough funds and just round the corner on Brownlow Road they have got them.
Where is the method in that may I ask?
