SURVIVORS of the tsunami in South East Asia will benefit from the efforts of gym members in Bolton.
Keep fit enthusiasts will be fundraising at a specially organised appeal day which will also see funds given to local ventures.
Total Fitness, on Waters Meeting Road, will be holding events throughout Wednesday, February 2, to raise money for the disaster appeal. Ten per cent of funds will also be given to the Fred Dibnah Memorial Fund.
Each club member will complete three hours of exercise, through a variety of different activities, including aqua aerobics, yoga, cross-training and step classes. All exercise will be verified by one of the centres instructors and everyone that takes part will receive a certificate to mark their achievement.
A full list of the activities on offer can be found inside the centre, and for more information contact Total Fitness on 01204 558 400.
