IT was party time when Mrs Cis Thistlethwaite notched up her 100th birthday. The Mayor of Bolton, Cllr Prentice Howarth, joined in the celebrations at Withins Residential Home, Breightmet, along with Mrs Thistlethwaite's son, daughter, three grandchildren and six grandchildren.
