PROCLAIMED by Noel Gallagher as "the best band in Britain", and publicly praised by Paul Weller for "keeping the flame of real rock and roll alive and burning", Ocean Colour Scene return to triumphant form with the completion of their new album and a 22-date tour across the UK.
The mammoth tour marks the completion of Ocean Colour Scene's new album titled A Hyperactive Workout For The Flying Squad.
Produced by Dave Eringa, who has worked with the Manic Street Preachers, Ash and Idlewild, the album has been mastered in America and is due for release in March.
The album is set to feature many exciting collaborations with today's top pop and rock stars including Paul Weller, Jools Holland and soul sensation Carleen Anderson.
The album and tour features the new Ocean Colour Scene line-up following Damon Minchella's departure from the band.
Ocean Colour scene have emerged stronger than ever from the recent change that has brought in new bassist Dan Sealey and additional guitarist Andy Bennett as recent live album One For The Road shows.
The new line up is Simon Fowler (vocals), Steve Cradock (guitar), Oscar Harrison (drums), Andy Bennett (guitars) and Dan Seeley (bass).
