FIRE crews were called to deal with a blaze at a battery factory which was sparked by an electrical fault.
Firefighters were called to CMP Batteries on Manchester Road, Over Hulton, at 4am, on Wednesday after plastic tanks used to charge batteries set alight.
A small acid leak was dealt with and the factory had minor smoke damage.
