A DEVELOPER has been given the go-ahead to build 37 new homes in Great Lever, Bolton.
St Vincent's Housing Association plans to demolish a series of existing portacabins on land bounded by Crescent Road, Ena Street and Eustace Street.
The development will include 20 four-bed mews and terraced houses, six two-bed apartments and 11 three-bed mews and terrace properties.
There will also be new access and landscaping.
