FRANK Myers, one of Bolton Clarion Cycle Club's senior veterans, recorded a two minute improvement on his personal best on a 25-mile course at Nottingham.
Frank rode to a time of 1hr.9mins.2secs and this has renewed his appetite for more personal bests while he has the form.
