Dagenham v Leigh RMI: PHIL Starbuck continues to swap and change as he tries to forge a side strong enough to stay in the Conference.
The Leigh RMI boss is feeling the pressure after four games without a win, as his side have slipped to five points from the safety zone and he is desperate for at least a point at Dagenham on Saturday.
But Ian Fitzpatrick and Warren Peyton will not feature again after Starbuck decided he had seen enough.
Fitzpatrick, the former Shrewsbury winger, has moved to fellow strugglers Northwich. He made an impressive start to the season, but in recent games has found himself demoted to the bench.
Peyton, one of a handful of players on a contract, joins striker Craig Mitchell on the transfer list, but will not play again for Leigh.
"He needs a fresh challenge, is not in my plans and won't play for me again," said Starbuck. "It is a team game and Peyton did not follow instructions. He is a loose cannon and won't get anywhere like that.
"We need to start picking up points. If we show the same commitment against Dagenham that we showed against Stevenage, then we can get something out of the game."
