EL Hadji Diouf has still to give Wanderers his version of the events that led to his banishment from the Senegal international squad.
The on-loan striker has returned from Africa, but is suffering from tonsilitis and has not had a chance to explain himself to Sam Allardyce.
The Reebok boss wants to hear from Diouf himself precisely why Senegal head coach Guy Stephan cast him aside when he was discovered in a nightclub just hours before last weekend's World Cup qualifier in Liberia.
"It appears he's been in some nightclub somewhere, but I don't know what he was doing there," said Allardyce. One thing I know he doesn't do, is drink.
"I haven't got to the bottom of it, but I will do."
