A STRATEGY to make health staff happier in their workhas been launched at the Reebok Stadium.
The Bolton Primary Care Trust launched the scheme to make life easier for health workers to balance their home and work lives.
The aim of the document is to improve patient care.
The PCT is currently extending the strategy into all its work places, including health centres.
They are hoping to recruit "staff champions" throughout the PCT to devote one day a week, making staff more aware of how to improving working lives.
