BSF Over-35s League: DOBBIES A put their poor league start behind them in the first round of the Sam Ashworth Trophy.

Andy Critchley scored in the last minute of extra time as the Fox & Stork beat the Bay Mare Strollers 3-2 in a great game, which saw both keepers produce star performances for their team.
Two goals from Arthur Flatters helped maintain Horwich Town's impressive start to the season as they beat Lever Bridge 3-2 in extra time, and the Plough defeated the Bowling Green 5-3.
