I AM writing about curfews on children. There should be one on Harvest Park, off Marshfold Lane, Bolton.
The children there are out until late at night, 10pm or 11pm, aged from five to late teens. They run around like mobsters knocking at doors and kicking footballs about.
They are just unruly kids.
