Developers The Hurstwood Group has submitted a planning application for a proposed £15 million office development in Leigh.
The 11 acre site, dubbed Leigh Commerce Park, is on the A580 East Lancashire Road,
When complete, the site, including offices, industrial and warehouse space, could bring more than 400 jobs and over 200,000 sq ft of employment space to the area.
