A CAR Free Day party is being held in Bury Town Centre to promote the forthcoming European Car Free Day.
The Mayor of Bury will open the Day on Saturday, September 18 at 10am from the Tower FM Radio Show Stage at the end of The Rock in Market Place.
It will be a day of live entertainment, fun, games and competitions for all ages.
Visitors will be able to find out how they can achieve reduced car travel and how they can travel around Bury without their car.
