A BURY pet owner was celebrating after her dog Ingrid was crowned the best Pets in Need dog.
Kathleen Lewis won the top prize at the annual Pets in Need Fair, which was held at Reynards Bank, Tottington and was judged by Pennine Vets' Mr Ian Mostyn.
