PLANS to build a detached bungalow and garage in Albert Road, Heaton, have been approved by Bolton planning chiefs.
A neighbour had objected to the plans on the grounds of over-development, loss of privacy, increase in traffic, noise disturbance and that it was out of character with nearby homes.
But Bolton Council's planning committee gave the proposals the green light.
