THE proposed Council Tax is based on the value of your property.
If, for example, it is calculated that a house is worth £200,000, when the property is sold for less, does this mean you get a rebate on all the past years from when the tax started!
A property is only worth what you can get for it, or is "Joe Public" going to stand back and let this Government walk all over us once again?
