WINE growers in Burgundy, represented by the Bureau Interprofessional des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB), are planning a three-year Chablis promotion in the UK.
The group has established an office in Manchester, which will focus on increasing awareness of the Chablis grades, as well as increasing sales, which currently stands at 172 million bottles a year, worth 1billion Euros to the Bourgogne region's growers.
